Engineers Institute of Microelectronics of Seville (IMSE-CNM) designed a prototype electronic strip safe and very low-cost wireless measuring body temperature and heart rate without batteries. This is a device that will monitor the sick, both at home and in hospitals, using RFID. A reader instrument will detect and identify the pack in integrating the RFID chip that, when activated, deliver real-time values measured physiological patterns (temperature and beats per minute).
